All information submitted will be shared with the seller and their response will be shared with you as a buyer. If the seller is at fault the seller will be given 3 chances before their account will be removed from the website. If the buyer is at fault, the buyer will be given 3 chances before being added to a do not sell to list for buyers only to access.
