Purchasing is as easy as claiming a listing!
Step 1: Find a piece you love then choose “Claim Listing” at the bottom of the Lilly Pulitzer item gallery.
Step 2: Fill out the Claim listing form and add any extra details needed for the seller to invoice you.
The seller will email you an invoice from PayPal. Do not pay with the family and friends option or your purchase will not be refundable if there is an issue with the items or the seller does ship the item(s).
Do not pay with Cash App or Venmo because these purchases can not be refunded.
Most sellers will add shipping to the price and choose the shipping option that is most convenient for them. If the shipping is not included the seller will add a shipping price to the listing details.
Log into your customer/seller account and mark the items as received and rate the seller.
Option 1: reach out to the seller to ensure that the item(s) have shipped and as for a tracking number.
Option 2: If option one does not resolve the issues fill out the buyer dispute form and one of our team members will reach out to the seller and try to moderate the situation.
Option 3: If you paid via PayPal dispute your purchase on PayPal for a full refund.
